As the Ibiza summer season begins to steam up, just as you thought it could not get any hotter…prepare yourself for Avalanche summer opening party, a sweltering, sexy, sonic feast on Ibiza’s legendary party beach, Playa den Bossa, courtesy of those Ibiza party connoisseurs, Plage del Elephant. Oh yes.

Featuring some of Ibiza’s finest minimal tek-house djs, its gonna be phat my dears.

Special guest dj Nima Gorji, one of the dark lords of the underground and regular feature at all the Ibiza superclubs such as Space, Amnesia and Privilege will be melting your legs off with his magical loops and dramatic synths full of deepness, weaving a warm, trippy and yet minimal soundscape for your aural delight. Yes please!

The mighty Djs and producers Neverdogs, who have been whipping the underground Ibiza club scene into a frenzy since 2006, will be blasting their unique brand of stylish, uber-cool minimal beats into your very souls. Loved by luminaries such as Loco Dice and Ritchie Hawtin, we at Avalanche are dribbling and twitching in anticipation.

Add to this our resident deck magicians Zam Stuart, Dean Jon and La Plage resident Ivan Escura with their cheeky, dirty grooves and well, Houston, we have lift off! Boom!

How did you first get into DJing?

In 1990 i meet an English guy one of the old school dj of England. he teaches me how to spin vinyls and i never dropped it !

How was the last summer in Ibiza and where did you play?

Last year i was playing in Monza @ Sankeys . great summer!

You have some music that has just been released, tell us a little bit about that?

The last release is on Monza Ibiza records on collaboration with sunset people. name of ep: dancer ep

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

To leave Denmark my home country in 2005 and arrive in Ibiza, and same summer had my residency in space. quite unusual !

If you weren’t a dj, what would you be?

I would probably be a chef in my own restaurant… i love to cook
